Ill fate for small cupcakes

I posted the other day about messing up cupcakes that I made. They were for a baby shower. They were chocolate with chocolate frosting and pink and purple large sprinkles.Well I did finish them, they were delivered, and I was told that they were good.
BUT...
It's those little lessons we learn along the way. Right?
Do you ever have the fear come over you when you make something and you hand it over to the person who you made it for or the one who bought it...
That it is not going to survive?
I know it's the crazy in me that would even come up with this but. It's worse when I make cakes than when I make jewelry, and I am getting better at not worrying about it.
I had that horrible feeling when I handed over the cupcakes. That feeling that they were doomed to end up on the floor or smashed under someones hinder most parts.
Besides being messed up while baking, and the frosting melting because it was so hot out. The real trouble started when I was walking out the door with them and the screen door crashed into the box and my purse dropped down and caused me to crush the box. CUPCAKES DOWN!
I have to say I was not in a good mood at this point... something in the universe did not want the cupcakes to make it.
I was able to salvage them when I got to church and they sat for a while in the fridge so I thought all was good. I handed them over to the person having the party. My part was done. I figured whatever happened to them was not my problem. But there was still that feeling that something was yet to happen to my poor cupcakes.
Well it did..... A little kid playing  around the box...which was sitting on a seat... either got landed on by the child, or said child was pounding on the box. I was too far away to see. I am not sure how much of a mess they ended up being but my heart sank for those little troubled cupcakes. My lesson for that night was to just LET IT GO. And sometimes cupcakes are just not meant to be.
Hope you have a great day!
